Orlando-based Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corp. has filed a WARN notice stating it will lay off 250 employees between March 18 and April 1.
The layoffs will happen at the respiratory meds manufacturer's headquarters, where it has a 250,000-square-foot manufacturing, distribution and packaging center.
Nephron laid off 180 employees last October, as it started the push to downsize its Orlando facility and transfer production operations to a facility in West Columbia, South Carolina.
