Johnson & Johnson announced it will acquire privately held hair products company Vogue International for $3.3 billion cash, in a deal designed to grow the drugmaker's consumer business.

Florida-based Vogue adds more over-the-counter healthcare market products to J&J’s line-up including shampoos made with coconut water, shea butter and bamboo fibers and other natural ingredients hair products.
