Ivyland: Big Pharma's Version of 'The Hunger Games'?

Miles Klee's novel, Ivyland, is set in dystopian Ivyland, N.J. where children are required by the government (or a pharmaceutical company called Endless) to get a quick, painless procedure which uses a patented brand of anesthetic gas called Hallorex, produced by Endless to vaccinate them from water contaminants.
