Natoli Engineering Co. recently introduced the NP500 Series, a double-sided, heavy-duty rotary tablet press. Designed to compress tablets requiring extra fill and extended dwell time, the NP-500 Series is engineered for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. This Series is available in semi-automatic and automatic models.
Compression dwell time is extended by the larger head flat diameter that is 135% larger than standard B tooling and 70% larger than standard D tooling. With an increased die height design, the die provides 100% more fill than standard B die and 69% more fill than the standard D die.
