New Film Delivers Permanent Static Dissipative Performance

ILC Dover, the company that manufactures flexible containment systems for the pharmaceutical industry as well as spacesuits for NASA, announced recently that they have developed a new film for use in their DoverPac Containment Solution products.

ArmorFlex 110 (AF 110) delivers permanent static dissipative properties while meeting FDA 21 CFR and 2002/72/EC requirements for food contact. The product also passes test protocols per European Pharmacopoeia (EP) film per section 3.1.5 and passes USP <661> and USP <88> tests.

AF 110 represents years of development on the part of the company in an effort to eliminate the shortcomings associated with traditional static dissipative films.  The  film is available for use in DoverPacs, Continuous Liners, and drum liners designed and manufactured by ILC Dover.  The company's AF 104 film will continue to be offered.
