Materials of construction include PEEK, Teflon, Tefzel, PPS, PFA, acrylic, Delrin, Kynar, polypropylene, polyethylene, Chemraz, Kalrez, Perlast, silicone, stainless steel & aluminum. Pressures vary from vacuum to 500 psi. Port sizes range from ¼-28 flat bottom to ¼ NPT. Space-saving designs on micro pumps and valves have reduced the required width to only 0.40 or 10mm per valve. Flow rate capabilities extend from the nanoliter range to over 5000 ml / min.
