Endo Competing with Valeant, Shire for Salix Takeover

Endo International Plc has attempted multiple times to buy Salix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. but has been rejected by the drugmaker, according to a Reuters article.

Endo and its advisers have sent several letters to the company, and it remains interested in a potential takeover, said an unnamed source.
