Boehringer and AbbVie in Cancer-Partnership Negotiations?

Although the companies declined to comment, sources say they soon could be making a significant oncology alliance

Boehringer Ingelheim and Abbvie are reportedly negotiating a partnership that could help the companies expand their cancer treatment businesses, according to a Bloomberg article.

The talks are advanced and an agreement may be announced as early as this week, unnamed sources said. The oncology alliance could possibly be worth multi-billions of dollars.
