Novartis Division Sued for Gender Discrimination

According to an article in the Wall Street Journal, a lawsuit claims that a Novartis division discriminates against female workers, denying them equal pay and promotions. Five years ago, the company paid $152.5 million to settle a gender-discrimination class action lawsuit brought by several female sales representatives, the story said. The lawsuit seeks $110 million in damages.
