J&J Adds Former FDA Commissioner to Board

Johnson & Johnson has added Mark McClellan, former FDA commissioner from 2002 to 2004 and former administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from 2004 to 2006, to its board of directors.

Dr. McClellan will serve on the Regulatory, Compliance & Government Affairs Committee and the Science, Technology & Sustainability Committee of the Board, which can be viewed as a necessary effort by J&J to strengthen its shaky compliance record. Read more
