U.S. court allows Dr. Reddy's to sell Indivior copycat

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit lifted a preliminary injunction that blocked Dr. Reddy’s from selling a copycat version of the Indivior opioid treatment Suboxone Film. The appeals court said that the lower court judge made a mistake in granting the request.

Indivior plans to continue pursuing ongoing U.S. patent litigation against Dr. Reddy’s that seeks to block the generic's sales.
