The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected Indivior's bid to block copycats of its opioid addiction treatment Suboxone Film in a victory for India-based generic drug maker Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
Indivior’s request to put on hold a lower court’s ruling, which introduced the possibility of cheaper generic versions of Suboxone hitting the market, was swiftly denied.
