India's Glenmark Sanctioned for Destroying Year's Worth of Documents

A month after Abbott and Sanofi-Aventis lost a bid to prevent India's Glenmark Pharma from producing a generic version of the blood-pressure medication Tarka, a New Jersey judge has ruled that Glenmark had destroyed key documents that could have altered the outcome of the initial bid.
