Anti-Corrosion Design Suits Ball Valves to Drugmaking

Featuring an advanced anti-corrosion design for pharmaceutical manufacturing applications, TRIAC Series LB Ball Valves from A-T Controls come "locked and loaded" for battle with a full PFA lining and electropolished 304-stainless steel or epoxy-coated WCB carbon steel bodies.  High-purity PFA lines the body and the seamless ball at 3mm and greater thickness.  The liner is secured into the valve body with the "KPF" interlock system tested at 20,000 VDC and vacuum rated at 1 MBAR.  More durable that PTFE, the PFA provides extremely low gas permeability and delivers superior performance in critical service.  Available in 1/2" to 4" sizes, the #150 flanged, split-body valves feature self-adjusting V-ring packaging.

Full-port valve design minimizes operating torque while two-piece ball-and-stem design reduces side loading and extends stem and packing life.  The company says its value-engineered designs feature standard electropolishing on stainless body valves and offer economical pre-assembly with an actuator.  A complete range of pneumatic double-acting, pneumatic spring-return or electric actuators covers the spectrum of automation needs.

A-T Controls specializes in packaged solutions and delivery from stock on a comprehensive selection of ball valves, actuators and controls for process industries
