Markem Corp., a leader in product identification systems, will launch its enterprise coding and traceability solutions in booth # S-2212 at Pack Expo 2006, Oct. 30-Nov. 2. At the trade show, Markem will also release solution implementation case studies from Unilever, Campina and other global manufacturers.
Markem CoLOS software automates and improves management of packaging lines, product identification and product traceability. Beginning with data acquisition and device management, CoLOS manages product identification on the packaging line including label templates and data, also providing for reporting and integration to enterprise systems including MES, ERP and WMS. These functions provide a scaleable, enterprise-level foundation for Markem Enterprise Coding and Traceability Solutions: pallet labeling, coding integrity centralized coding management, track and trace, RFID compliance and automated shipping.
