Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing Names New Director of Manufacturing

Feb. 24, 2015

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing announced the addition of Steve Nole to the company’s executive team. Nole joins GRAM with over fifteen years of sterile filling experience.

Mr. Nole commented, “I am thrilled to be part of the GRAM team, and I look forward to being part of the continued success and exciting growth of the company.  I have been very impressed with the talented people, quality culture, and robust processes in place at both GRAM facilities!”

Mr. Nole will serve as the new Director of Manufacturing to continue GRAM’s successful manufacturing campaigns and implementing high quality, budget friendly processes. His experience with qualifying and helping bring up new GMP facilities in previous roles is a great fit for GRAM’s growth and future plans.

Mr. Nole began his career at King Pharmaceuticals (now known as Par/JHP Pharmaceuticals) where he became the Supervisor of Sterile Filling and a Scientist for Pharmaceutical Technology. He then moved to Pfizer for 12 years and served in a number of roles of increasing responsibility at three different Pfizer locations. At Pfizer he gained experience in technology transfer into multiple CMO’s and internal Pfizer facilities. Most recently, Mr. Nole was a Senior Manager in Global Biologics for Pfizer where he managed the fill/finish operations and helped with commissioning activities for a new fill/finish facility in Andover, MA. He left Pfizer to join Anika Therapeutics and was responsible for all manufacturing operations at the company. Mr. Nole and his wife are originally from Michigan and are excited to return to the state.
