The clean, modular design of the TFS 80-1 allows for effortless and thorough cleaning and reduced changeover times for size changes and the fitting of different tube closing systems.With an economical small footprint, the TFS 80-1 has an output of up to 100 tubes per minute. Additional key features include a horizontal tube transport system that allows for more efficient tube loading and a horizontal discharge for positive carton transfer; a servo-driven orbital tube transport system; exclusive servo drive technology; and flexible placement of dosing stations.The IWKA TFS 80-1 is capable of handling standard tube diameters from 10-60 mm and tube lengths from 50-285 mm. It has a dosing range of 1-400 ml.
