Regeneron will undertake an $800 million expansion at its East Greenbush, NY facility, which will result in adding 1,500 new jobs.
The project will span over the next seven years, adding laboratory, manufacturing and warehouse space in the process. The drugmaker plans to develop 240,000 square feet of office and lab space, 350,000 square feet of manufacturing space and a 1,000-space parking garage
The state will give Regeneron incentives worth up to $140 million, including $70 million in Excelsior Job Program tax credits.
