Drugmaker Pfizer will be offering a cheaper, generic version of Viagra rather than lose sales when the ED pill faces its first generic competition next week, according to ABC News.
Pfizer will reportedly sell the generic pill at half the retail price of $65 per pill on Dec. 11, the story said, when its patent expires. Generic drugmaker Teva Pharmaceuticals can start selling its version on that day, too, but the price is still not known.
