Medivation Said to Open Its Books to Pfizer, Amgen

As reported last week, Medivation is rumored to have multiple suitors, including Sanofi, who made a $9.3 billion offer two weeks ago that was rejected by the cancer drugmaker.

According to an exclusive Reuters article, Pfizer Inc. and Amgen Inc. are among the companies that have signed non-disclosure agreements with Medivation, opening up confidential information about the company, sources said.
