Construction of new German production building with large scale freeze drying capability will increase the company’s lyophilization capacity.
Recipharm, a contract development and manufacturing organization supplying the global pharmaceuticals market, will invest $43 million in its Wasserburg site located near Munich. The capital will be used to create a new building that will house a fourth production area adding to the three already in operation. This development will significantly increase the company’s lyophilization capacity and will result in a brand new state of the art facility equipped with the latest automatic loading and unloading technology.
