Swiss authorities intercepted four crates of counterfeit Pfizer Xanax anti-anxiety pills in transit from China to Egypt.

The fake Xanax couldn’t be recognized as counterfeit at first glance, but after tests determined the pills contained no active ingredients, the pills were destroyed.

According to the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, counterfeit drugs generate an estimated $75 billion in yearly revenue.
