A Los Angeles woman is suing Torrance Memorial Medical Center, as well as her surgeon and anesthesiologist, after the surgeon affixed a fake mustache to her upper lip and fake tears and then photographed her – all while she was still under anesthesia.
The patient, who also worked at the hospital, says she learned of the photos from co-workers after returning to work as a surgical supply purchaser. Read more
