Sprout Pharmaceuticals, a Raleigh-based pharmaceutical company, has resubmitted the New Drug Application (NDA) for flibanserin, a treatment being evaluated for Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD) in pre-menopausal women.
