Nestle has replaced the head of its skin-care unit with an executive from Allergan, as it attempts to transform itself into a science-driven nutrition and health company.

Paul Navarre, current president of Allergan’s international business, will replace Nestle Skin Health’s chief executive, Humberto Antunes, as of Nov. 1.

Nestle has co-marketing rights with French drugmaker, Ipsen, to distribute Dysport, a Botox competitor. Nestle's portfolio also includes several injectable cosmetic treatments purchased from Valeant in 2014.
