Sanofi makes deal for Tamiflu rights from Roche

Sanofi has signed a rights deal with Roche for the rights to Tamiflu in the United States.

The deal will give Sanofi exclusive  over-the-counter rights to the flu prevention treatment.

According to Sanofi's head of consumer healthcare, this move is strategic and important.
