Recently, a group of gay Eli Lilly professionals produced a video in support of gay teens. Writes BNET's Jim Edwards, Lilly was one of few corporations to participate in the recent, far-reaching "It Gets Better" campaign. The video was posted on Lilly's own blog, LillyPad, and you may view it below. (As someone who follows LillyPad, I can tell you that it's a blog that gives an earnest effort to be original and not just toe the party line . . . but rarely succeeds in this due to its obvious corporate constraints.)

Edwards (further down in his post) also reports that other members within the Lilly community have been less than supportive, as is evidenced by homophobic rhetoric on the popular Cafe Pharma site.
