Great article! I came across this article while trying to collect information on pharma industry standards for cross-training operation techs. In a routine oral production line, what are (if any) the industry standards for the time it takes to qualify an individual on a different piece of equipment? I'm trying to find something to compare our times with. Some of them seem way too long.
