New Book on Shingo

Our old blog is now a wasteland of spam links, and each day its technorati ranking slips another notch....but in between all the spam messages, a few genuine and useful comments.  Here, a [promotional] comment from Norman Bodek on a new book by Shingo, prompted by the observation that Dr. Shingo may have looked like a dear old gentlman but he was no pushover.  Your impression is wrong.
