I have a fondness for cetaceans, especially dolphins, which my children adore....so I confess that this has absolutely no connection whatsoever with the pharmaceutical industry (although the whale in question could be an emblem for any individual, or any company, determined to be a "survivor" ----OK, so he was ultimately caught, but still...he had quite a long ride. ) A whale killed by Inuit in Alaska was found to contain the remnant of a "bomb lance" (high-tech harpoon of the time) dating from the 19th century.
