Charged Aerosol Detector Is Truly UHPLC Compatible
ESA Biosciences has introduced the Corona ultra, the new charged aerosol detector that is truly UHPLC compatible. With reduced peak dispersion and 100 Hz acquisition rates, this detector is designed for diverse applications from small molecules and carbohydrates to lipids and polymers. With one second peak widths at base at 0.2 – 2 mL/min and run times five times faster than conventional systems, the Corona ultra delivers reduced time for method development, increased throughput and approximately five times lower solvent consumption. Typical sensitivity of <10 ng on column and ~ 500 pg on column for carbohydrates makes the Corona ultra well suited for analytical R&D through manufacturing QC.
