Baxter Employee Under Investigation for Price Fixing

Baxter International shares dipped about 1 percent Monday after one of its employees received a grand jury subpoena in a case about intravenous saline pricing and sales, according to CNBC.

Baxter said the subpoena is "pursuant to a criminal investigation" and asks the employee to produce documents and testimony related to pricing, shortages of intravenous products "and communications with competitors regarding the same," the company said.
