FDA Inspects Sun Pharma Injectables Facility

The U.S. Federal Drug Administration is said to be conducting a surprise inspection at the Baska plant of Sun Pharmaceuticals Ltd., two unnamed sources told BloombergQuint.

The injectables division recently filed for approvals to sell its products in the United States, the story said. It’s close to the drugmaker’s Halol plant, which faces regulatory issues from the FDA.
