Summary

In life sciences manufacturing, delivering confidence requires more than accurate flow measurement—it demands visibility, reliability, and assurance across increasingly complex and regulated processes. From upstream development through downstream drug manufacturing, manufacturers face persistent challenges such as process variability, validation requirements, and limited insight into instrument and process health—often while under pressure to improve productivity and accelerate time‑to‑market.

In this expert‑led panel discussion, Emerson industry specialists explore the real‑world flow measurement challenges encountered across pharmaceutical and biotech operations. Drawing on experience across essential life sciences applications, the panel will discuss how modern Coriolis flow measurement—paired with advanced diagnostics—helps manufacturers move beyond basic accuracy to deeper process understanding and operational confidence.

Attendees will gain insight into how advanced diagnostics provide continuous visibility into meter performance, support regulatory compliance, and enable confident decision‑making without disrupting production. The discussion will also highlight how digital measurement technologies help reduce operational risk, optimize process efficiency, and support sustainability goals across validated environments.

Join this session to learn how life sciences manufacturers are leveraging advanced flow measurement insights to improve reliability, maintain compliance, and deliver confidence across every batch, cleaning cycle, and critical process—helping bring life‑saving therapies to market faster and more efficiently.
