The biggest takeaway of the book may be that missing data can be killer and Goldacre goes on to delve into the world of pharmaceutical research, drugs and manufacturing. Much of Goldacre's criticisms are rather harsh, as the central focus of the book is antidepressants and what he perceives to be the misrepresentation of data and information.
