Schering to Buy Akzo-Nobel’s Pharmas for $14.5 Billion

Today's report from New York Newsday. Schering CEO Hassan told reporters and analysts today,  "We've seen this many times before, where very valuable pharmaceutical assets are not very visible in a chemical company umbrella."
