Japan Not Immune to “Foot-in-Mouth” Syndrome

This condition has reached pandemic proportions in some political and diplomatic circles, so it was a relief (of sorts) to see that U.S. politicians and diplomats are not the only ones who suffer from this disease.  The latest victim: Japan's Foreign Minister, Taro Aso.  (Of course, Japanese is difficult to translate, so that may have been the problem---what else could explain the alleged past reference to women?)
