Optimal Industrial Automation Ltd. has recently released a software suite, synTQ, designed to fully automate and improve process understanding and control. synTQ’s interfaces are designed to facilitate the exchange of control and measurement data, link to conventional automation systems (such as SCADA), and integrate software packages for chemometrics, online prediction, product-tracking, and archiving. The software allows complex, multivariate data to be analyzed in real time. It also generates real-time information on process monitoring and control, and provides synchronization and integration of data between various stages in the manufacturing process.SynTQ can be used in the initial stages of investigation on a single process or scaled up for an entire drug manufacturing process. It runs on Windows 2000 or XP, on a PC or across multiple servers. In addition, it is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant.
