Nigeria Refiles Suit Against Pfizer, Alleging Fraud

The Associated Press reports that the Nigerian government has withdrawn its original Trovan lawsuit and added a fraud charge. Government spokesmen allege that they have uncovered evidence suggesting that Pfizer bypassed company rules requiring family consent before beginning experimental treatments.
