Reduce Manufacturing Variability Cost with Process Analytics & Data Mining

The latest upgrade to the established MS2 manufacturing support system is now available. It was released at the first MS2 User Forum, held at the Europarc (Grimsby) offices on May 9, 2008. Its first public demonstration was at Europact08 in Frankfurt on April 23.

Version 5 builds on MS2's proven success by adding new functionality and, above all, even better ease of use.

MS2 is designed to help complex operations to be understood, enabling real quality and yield improvements. Since its launch in Spring 2006, over 20 companies have invested in the technology; it is being applied to pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, agrichemicals, fibres, pigments, paints, and many other sectors. Developed in co-operation with the Centre for Process Analytics and Control Technology (CPACT) at Newcastle University, it offers innovative and advanced techniques which are both affordable and easy to use.

MS2 Version 5 will be demonstrated at the ChemEng08 exhibition at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham 28-30th October 2008. The new real-time version (Project Hawk) will also be on display.
