Shkreli Strikes Again, Twitter Account Suspended

According to Bloomberg, Twitter Inc. suspended the account of Martin Shkreli, ex-CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, after he allegedly harassed a female reporter online.

Freelance reporter Lauren Duca recently posted about several unwanted digital advances by Shkreli, including a message in which Shkreli invited her to the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump. Shkreli continued to post about Duca publicly, which prompted her to ask Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to intervene, the story said.

“The Twitter Rules prohibit targeted harassment, and we will take action on accounts violating those policies,” a Twitter spokesman said.
