The program is 100% web-based, eliminating the need for card-swiping machines or upgrading software. It can be loaded onto a company's Local Area Network (LAN) so all employees can access it via their web browser.
MasterTime(TM) offers the following features:
- Employee self service allows employees to view their schedule and time available in their Paid Time Off Bank and request vacation time electronically.
- Supervisors can run attendance and labor management reports, approve time for payroll, and make decisions about employee time-off requests.
- Payroll imports the data file into their system to eliminate data entry errors and generate payroll reports.
