gemu  Gemu: Booth 3465
The Gemu 4242 Combi Switchbox has an integrated 3/2 pilot valve with manual override. Continuous analogue sensing with microprocessor controlled setting offers enhanced repeatability and reliability. Other features include: highly visible local indication, local or remote programming, location flashing ID, adjustable switch point settings without cover removal, IO-LINK communication enabled, and local and remote diagnostics.

Hamilton Company: Booth 3559
Hamilton says its application-oriented pH, ORP, oxygen and conductivity sensors are known for high quality, long life and affordability. Intelligent VisiFerm optical dissolved oxygen probe offers advanced technology that sets new standards in DO measurement. The Hamilton Arc Sensor is said to revolutionize process analytics by replacing the traditional transmitter with a microprocessor within the sensor. These wireless sensors measure inconsistencies by communicating directly with the process control system.

 pepperfuchs Pepperl+Fuchs: Booth 3471
Aseptic Operator Workstations feature a flush 316L stainless-steel faceplate, ergonomically angled aseptic keyboard with pointing options and industrial-grade monitor with FDA-grade silicone gasket. The result, says Pepperl+Fuchs, is a robust workstation solution that helps keep MES, batch/process control and HR projects on schedule, and simplifies maintenance functions. These units are suitable for use in general purpose and Class I, Division 2 classified areas and satisfy Class 100 (ISO 5) requirements. Workstations are available with a 15- or 19-inch monitor and feature a common cutout for easy retrofits. They support wired or wireless barcode scanners.

Porter: Booth 3063
Parker Hannifin offers the Porter Instrument 3600 Series Digital Mass Flow Instruments. These flow meters and controllers are designed for applications in severe industrial environments. Digital control electronics provide high accuracy, repeatability and control stability. Standard TURCK electrical connectors simplify wiring and replacement, allowing technical staff to minimize installation and turnaround time. According to Porter, the percentage of reading accuracy, fast response and multi-gas capability, along with analog and digital I/O options make the 3600 Series a versatile solution.

Waters: Booth 1714
Waters introduced UPLC technology in 2004, and now it is available for automated direct at-line and online process control analysis on the manufacturing floor. The PATROL UPLC Laboratory Analyzer provides real-time quantitative analysis of chemical reactions in process development and optimization laboratories. Proven UPLC technology and real-time LC analysis have been integrated to an online analyzer that provides fast and accurate quantitative results to characterize process methods. It is a scalable solution that enables customers to leverage UPLC technology to monitor/control a process, and it's available in many configurations.
