If we needed any more evidence of the fact that our nation has become absurdlyambulance chasers litigious, here's a report of a recent "class action" lawsuit alleging that Sanofi pharma workers should receive extra pay for the time they spend donning cleanroom garb. Presumably, hourly staff are paid from the time they enter the facility and clock in. Aren't they? If not, then the company needs to change its policies. Or shall we all demand extra pay for the time we spend dressing for and commuting to work each day? And, imagine the studies required to calculate the settlement... -AMS
