Determination of Lactose in Milk by HPLC with Corona CAD

Presented here is a simple, rapid, accurate and validated method for the determination of lactose in milk in under eight minutes using HPLC and direct measurement of lactose after a simple 1-100 dilution of milk by a Corona CAD detector.
