The Fresco FSU1000A is a fully automatic, vertical form, fill and seal aseptic packaging system offering low acid aseptic FDA validated operation. The system forms a pouch from a roll of multilayer high-barrier film, which is sterilized in an H2O2 bath, and the forming, filling, sealing, and dispensing fitment attaching all take place in class 100 environment. The unit operates at a speed of 25 packages per minute and one operator can control a number of machines. The unit creates FFS pouches from 50ML-6000MLs and attaches a variety of spiking fitments.
