CapPlus Technologies has introduced two new capsule fillers, the CF 45 (pictured at right) and the CF100 (pictured below).
Features of the CPT CF 45:
- Rated at 45,000 capsules per hour
- Reinforced heavy-duty steel frame
- #304 stainless steel enclosures, tabletop, capsule hopper, turret, powder hopper, dosing chamber, and tamping pins
- All FDA-approved contact parts
- Mounted on casters and leveling pads
- AC variable-speed frequency control
- Dual-sided drive cams
- Built-in drive pump: compressed air powered pump
- Pneumatic on/off control feature for capsule feeding system
- Five tamping stations
- 10” color touch-screen control panel mounted on swing out arm
- Total alarm system for complete operator and machine safety
- Independent timers for capsule hopper, power feed, and alarm system
Features of the CPT CF 100: - Heavy-duty steel frame
- #304 Stainless steel turret, capsule hopper, powder hopper, powder chamber, tamping pins and adjustment screws, and dosing disk

- Torque limiter for safety
- Two-piece drive cams
- Built-in vacuum pump
- Two capsule magazines and raceways: side pushers and down pushers
