Biotrial Plans to Build NA Headquarters in Newark, NJ

Coming this spring, a French pharmaceutical research company plans to break ground on its North American headquarters in a technology park in Newark, N.J., adjacent to the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Rutgers University-Newark.
Biotrial S.A. has purchased 1.2 acres of land in University Heights Science Park, where more than 90 incubator companies are located within the 351,000 square feet of office and research space that already has been developed, according to NJBiz.com. Biotrial is scheduled to complete the new facility in early 2014, and architecture firm Francis Cauffman has completed the master design for the building. Read more
