Umetrics announces the release of version 3.4 of SIMCA-Batch On-Line (SBOL). SBOL is a state of the art, off-the-shelf, Windows based software, providing multivariate statistical process control and batch statistical process control (BSPC) for batch processes.
SBOL 3.4 supports alarms based on results, including visualization and export of triggered alarms. New in this version is Notes for annotations enabling functionality for process diary.
SBOL 3.4 has support for projects created in SIMCA-P+ 12 and is available both as 32-bit and 64-bit.
SBOL 3.4 has robust client/server architecture with a dedicated server that performs all calculations in real-time and then sends the results to the client, which visualizes the results. Results can also be sent back to the historian for further communication to SCADA or DCS systems.
