Intended for the qualification of NIR wavelength uncertainty where measurements are taken in diffuse reflectance mode, the new NIR Reference Standard comprises a mixture of talc and three rare earth oxides of dysprosium, holmium, and erbium.

Suitable for Dispersive, FT, and CCD Array, it offers extended range applicability and the flexibility to choose user-specified bands.

The new USP NIR Reference Standard does not require recertification in its lifecycle.

The new Standard’s catalog number is 1457844, and it is available for $1849 (U.S. dollars) at store.usp.org/OA_HTML/ibeCCtpSctDspRte.jsp?section=10561.
